At Elevate we believe in continually striving to be the best version of yourself. We want to make testing widely available to all and not just reserved for the elite athlete. We have developed protocols for inactive individuals, runners, cyclists, team sports, rock climbers, Muay Thai fighters and many more.
We recognise the importance of monitoring fitness when working towards health, longevity and performance. As a result, we offer various forms of testing including VO2 max, blood lactate, baseline and sports specific.
The journey of self improvement is life-long and non-linear. We believe the best way to measure success is through consistent measuring and monitoring. From this you can set achievable goals and celebrate your wins, both small and large.

Sports Scientist/Strength & Conditioning Coach
Founder of Elevate Performance Testing. I have worked for several years as a strength and conditioning coach, specialising in programs for ultra trail runners, team sport athletes and teens functional fitness. I am experienced in V02 max + blood lactate testing and have tested a broad range of demographics with varying exercise backgrounds.

I keep fit through a mixture of resistance training, soccer, road runs and trail walks. I believe the best way to build consistency in your exercise routine is to pick activities you enjoy, whether that's tennis, athletics or rock climbing. As a result I wanted to create testing protocols for as many sports/activities as possible.
My strength coaching style is a reflection of this flexible approach. My clients work hard and get results but we emphasise creating versatile programs which keep them engaged and motivated.
