Example Testing Sessions - Muay Thai

Sports specific testing is a combination of baseline testing and components of fitness which are specific to your chosen sport.

We offer testing protocols for most of the major sports. If your sport isn't on this list, send through a message and we will work something out for you! 

​

Group testing is available for anyone with a need to test multiple people. This could include gyms, dojos, sports teams, run clubs, etc.  The larger the group, the cheaper the price!
